Dennis Bye and the service team are awesome!!! My sister's 2011 Mazda 3 intermittent ~2 year starting issue that became permanent for several weeks since March 2019 was solved in less than a business day! Top notch customer service 1. Offered a loaner vehicle (A 2018 Mazda CX-5 - Sweet!!!) 2. Dennis provided updates of the service via text message system. This is also accessible by the technicians performing the work (Very Organized!) 3. Technician stated that the required part for the car was covered under warranty and ordered (Yes!) 4. Part arrived sooner than expected. It was replaced and the car was running again (Yesssssss!) 5. Dennis explained the work that was performed which was all covered through warranty. He then personally walked me to the car to ensure it was in working order before I left 🙂 Thank you Service Team for your speedy diagnosis and honesty. You've earned my future business! My college student sister is ecstatic about having her car running again. I won't have to drop her off at school anymore haha.

Great experience leasing our 2019 Mazda C-X9 suv it is gorgeous, we where going back and forth between models and terms Darryl the salesman an Deanna sales manager where super patient, even got to talk to the general manager Chris because he stopped in to check on us, want to thank the team for making my experience excellent, would definitely recommend this dealership.

I've only come for service so i cant speak for the sales staff. My service experience and been excellent. They have a comfortable waiting area that is in the showroom and they are always speedy with my cars oil change. If you have a Kia/Mazda and are in the east country I recommend this dealership.

This review is in reference to Chris Espinosa.  I was at Mazda a few months prior, checking to see what my options were when my current lease was up.  The salesman we worked with was not knowledgeable of the product, and it felt like he wasted a good 3+ hours of our afternoon.  Fast forward to 2 months later, Chris called, I was unavailable so he sent a text.  Within a day, Chris was able to get me at the car payment I wanted and was extremely friendly and helpful.  He delivered everything that he said he would and in a speedy manner.  After we made the deal over the phone, I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours (to include returning my current lease).  Honestly, if it wasn't for Chris, we would've never been back to this particular dealership.  I would highly recommend anyone that wanted to buy a Mazda to talk to Chris - he truly made a car buying experience stress free and enjoyable!
